公务繁忙的大人其实对浪漫还是有期待的，每当甜点瘾发作时就会把脑海里的美食地图摊开，而今天拍板决定的，就是到 Patisserie De Charme 这儿来解解馋。

Taking time off our busy schedule, and a sensory trip to France (with rich imagination aplenty) is as easy as stepping into one of the rare artisanal patisseries we have in Johor Bahru. Fortunately for us, Patisserie De Charme is just around the corner, with more ways than one to bring our taste buds on this blissfully romantic journey.

这家位于Austin Heights 8 Avenue区内的 Patisserie De Charme 甜点店内部装潢虽简约，但这并不影响法式甜点所该拥有的精致度。法式甜点对于口感最为讲究，其次为层次，再来则为外形。大人每每站在点心台前总拿不定主意，因为实在是太难选择了，每一样看起来都像是艺术品啊～而创作这般精致小巧兼可口艺术品的就是坚持每日现做的 Eunice，每每到店都会看到她忙碌的身影，亲自为客人讲解每种法式甜点的口味。大人觉得法式甜点有种非常优雅的格调，华丽地丝毫不张扬，味道既惊喜又带有些许内敛含蓄。忙碌的午后来场法式浪漫，绝对是幸福的。

Stepping into Patisserie De Charme (or PDC for short), located in 8 Avenue at Austin Heights felt akin to ‘falling in love’, an opinion shared by our fellow “juries” and very much reflective of their ethos of creating exciting, delicate and yet gorgeous new pastries. Despite its quaint and unassuming decor, PDC offers a relaxed hipster vibe and prides itself on creating and serving freshly hand-crafted delicacies from the heart. Freshly made every morning and using only the freshest ingredients, every single piece of Eunice’s delightful creations guarantees a real labour of love, it’s not difficult to understand why many flock from all across Mount Austin (and beyond) to get their hands on the pastries. Pure bliss, isn’t it?

除了主打精致的法式甜点，店家也推出数道主食与小食搭配饮料或蘑菇汤作为午/ 晚餐的另一选择。

Apart from great French desserts that are wholesome and deeply satisfying, PDC also serves sandwiches, pastas and pizzas, with all-day breakfast options also available too.
