Sitting comfortably at our table, we appreciate the comfort of the events floor at Level 11, with its lounge atmosphere with a huge versatile outdoor function area. The staffs are always around to make sure everything is going well and that we needed nothing else.
Unlike most typical buka puasa buffets, this is the place to savour the best of both regional and local Malaysian favourites all in one go, comprising a generous spread of traditional and contemporary highlights such as Itik Penyet, Whole Lamb Roast (Kambing Golek), Dry Beef Rendang (Rendang Tok Kawah), Som Tam, Kacang Pol, and the ultimate crowd pleaser – fresh DURIANS! Well, the happy, satisfied faces of the early diners, as well as the same expression on our face pretty much say it all LOL!
Seafood On Ice
除了以上的各国佳肴，FEAST @ 11th 的海鲜选择也不少，大人才一眨眼，眼前的龙虾、生蚝、鲜虾、刺身等早已在别人盘中了，可见其鲜美程度有多诱人啊～
If you are looking for a seafood escapade or simply to indulge, head on over here to see what’s in store from the sea. With such a mouthwatering spread such as big fresh lobsters, oysters, prawns and sashimi on display, they will quickly end up on the other diner’s plate if you are not careful!
A great way to begin navigating the vast food selection would be to start with healthy ulam-ulaman (herbal salads) with various dips before sampling the mains. The traditional Malay table salads carry a pretty decent selection of kerabu dishes, acar, and ulam-ulaman to go with a variety of sambals to give our appetizers an extra oomph.
As if the ulam-ulaman weren’t enough, the hotel also serves different types of prawn crackers, keropok and snacks to munch on with our appetizers. A word of advice though, don’t waste all your calories here, we barely even started!!!
Main Course Selection
The culinary team is really cooking up a storm this fasting month, offering an extravagant buffet with over 100 regional and local delicacies, which leaves us really spoilt for choice. Enough said, we will just let our pictures do the talking, as we observed that many of the mains were already in need of serious replenishment. Oops, sorry!
Tropical Fresh Fruit Platter
After indulging on so many savoury and spicy food, it’s time for some fresh tropical fruits to negate (yeah right) whatever cholesterol we had consumed with refreshhing tropical fruits that’s rich with antioxidants to ease our digestion (and guilt) before satisfying our really sweet tooths hehe.
身为甜品不止要滋味迷人，外形也需诱人啊～ FEAST @ 11th 的甜品还真是内外兼备，现场所见非常受各族老饕们青睐呢！

Outdoor BBQ Selection
A quick peek and we spiced satay and otak-otak being grilled over hot plates. The satay here is really seasoned with lots of spices and herbs that don’t really need the usual peanut sauce, and we quite enjoyed them as it is, especially when it is hot.
Live Durian Stall
一波接一波的美食攻占，来到了食家必争的烽火区！果王啊，大人来啦～ 每晚达150公斤的本土优质榴莲任品尝！大人早已不客气戴上手套打算准备大开杀戒了… Oops~是大吃特吃啦！
And not to forget to end the night with a bang, pay homage to our Malaysian favourite spiky King of Fruits and enjoy this special dessert experience at their LIVE outdoor station. Fresh durians will be served at the open balcony area every night throughout the fasting month.
